There’s no wifi, or pressing a series of buttons on ceiling fan remotes.
Fans and their remotes don’t have a digital way of programming they talk to each other through the use of toggles on the dip switch. It is fairly large (63mm X 58mm X 30mm) and the leads for the output are 15cm long but will make an EL Driver portable. A dip switch is a series of toggles (on or off) that allow you to program the fan to work with a remote, and vica versa. This 3 x 18650 Rechargeable Battery Box will plug straight into the driver.

I would like to use this switch in between the trigger wire so that I can turn them off if i dont want them on with the headlights. This trigger is currently when the headlights are turned on. A 12 volt power source triggers the relay. Perfect if you already have your own 12V battery to run a driver I have fog lights powered from the battery. The in-line receiver plugs in between any power supply below and a 12v adaptable driver The Maximum charge this device allows is 6A which is pretty high for a 12V Device (72W)
