When you wish to update you repeat the above steps, but you pick "none" in the dropdown list. agoTo prevent updating/rolling back to 1.34 -> Right click EU4 in your Steam library -> properties -> go to the betas section -> pick 1.34 in the dropdown list and let your game update.

They definitely talked about Portugal, but I don't find anything about Navarra. The game was released on 13 August 2013.Does Navarra finally get some flavor in Domination? IIRC, in the dev diary about Spain they mentioned at the end they would give details about Portugal and Navarra in future dev diaries.
